Customer satisfaction survey
Roughly 40 customers were invited to participate in the survey; the response rate was 32 percent.The satisfaction index rated by our customers is currently at 83 index points, which shows an improvement of three index points as compared to the first survey in 2009.67 percent of our customers classify the services of CargoServ as generally 'excellent' or 'very good'.92 percent of those who took the survey would 'certainly' or 'probably' recommend the services of CargoServ to others.91 percent stated that they will 'certainly' or 'probably' continue to use the services of CargoServ in the future.The highest rated characteristics were expertise, customer orientation, reliability and support by contact partners.
